It was clear from the off set that Madame Zingara’s mirrored tent was a place of magic and mystery. The African Palace team watched as the performers started to transform this world into a bohemian wonderland for all to see. With glowing red lights, sparkling diamonds and a tangible excitement in the air, the African Palace Team was ready to make some magic of their own!

To set the mood for a great evening the festivities were kicked off with cheque presentations to some of our Big Winners. To help us with our presentation we had wonderful assistance from Zingararian characters – Roller Skater Girl (who was in fact a man!) and Marie Antoinette. Alexandra Nett was presented a cheque of R1,106,761.05 for her win while playing Magic Slots. Marius Theron, a cheque for R1 381 474 and Marinda Surridge, a cheque for R500 300. Here’s what some of our players who attended Madame Zingara’s Theatre of Dreams had to say:
“First of all let me say a big THANK YOU to you all for the absolutely WONDERFUL EVENING at Madame Zingara. The VIP treatment we received was soooooo good for the soul... I will forever feel special! From the moment that we arrived right up until we departed, we were totally pampered and made to feel special... thank you once again. Every one of you went totally out of your way to make this evening the wonderful success that it was.
Your choice of venue is so original and obviously no expense was spared here. The show was world class as was the service and the food. Did you guys know that the tent was made in 1929 and was used as a travelling theatre/dance hall in Belgium during that time period. The menu was also absolutely interesting and I can now safely say that their famous signature dish ie. Chocolate chilli fillet definitely has my stamp of approval…
Thank you to you all!”

“Thank you African Palace.”
