5 SA locals nabbed on gambling fraud charges Two Carnival City employees and three other people will appear the court this week on charged related to a fraudulent card playing scheme. The fraud was perpetuated using sophisticated high tech electronic equipment and it is thought that nearly R3million could have been netted by the scammers. The charges followed a bust made by Sun International’s surveillance team.
