Casino sued by losing punter

An Asian gambler was so disgruntled after he counted his $23 million loses at the Kangwon Land Casino that he sued them. He was subsequently awarded with a $2 million court settlement but has appealed the decision, saying that the casino management let him place illegally high bets and they should accordingly return his money. The casino law team responded by saying that the punter was gambling voluntary and the issue of him betting over the limit defeated their purpose which had been designed to protect the compulsive gambler.
