Century Casinos leaves SA

US based Century Casinos has finalised the sale and take over of their SA properties with Tsogo Sun Gaming. The sale is estimated to have netted the group US$48 million. The funds will be used to further new projects within the US and decrease the group’s overall leverage. Tsogo Sun Holdings now owns 100% of Century Casino’s previous shares in Southern Hotel and Entertainment Group.
