EU Pressurising US

The European Union has been pressurising the US with regards to the legalisation of internet gambling within the country. The European Commission has gone on record recently urging the US government to revert its blanket ban on online casinos and sports betting. Their reasoning for this stance is that preventing online gambling is a violation of world trade agreements. The EU also stated that they would seek compensation from the World Trade Organisation.
