PartyGaming Merger with EverestPoker?

Rumours have abounded this last week that PartyGaming may be pursuing a merger with GugaMedia Limited, the owner of EverestPoker. This deal will see PartyGaming becoming one of the busiest Poker enterprises online. The company is currently ranked as the fourth biggest online Poker network. EverestPoker is ranked sixth and has reported a market value of $30 million and $12 million profits. EverestPoker is also the exclusive table sponsor of the WSOP. GigaMedia has retained Goldman Sachs in a bid to find a buyer but PartyGaming has not divulged any information regarding the possible merger.
