Irish based gambling software provider, Cryptologic, has announced that David Gavagan will assume his position as a non-executive independent chairman from the 3rd June 2009. The previous encumbant, Robert Stikeman, will remain a member of the Board. Gavagan says “I am honoured to success Stikeman and we will continue to be committed to the highest standards of corporate governance and long term value.” Gavagan has 29 years of experience and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ireland).
