Online Gaming Could Bring Huge Tax Revenue to US The US Joint Committee on Taxation has come out in support of the relaxation of internet gambling regulations within the country. The Committee’s representative, Jim McDermott has said that this move would bring healthy revenue into the government coffers. It has been estimated that legalising online gambling in the states could generate almost $42 billion within the next decade.
