Should gaming be legal in Canada?

Year on year, Canadians spend on average more than $1 billion on online gambling. Given this enormous figure, operators are encouraging government to get involved to try protect players and reduce gambling addiction. 10 years ago, the annual spend on online gaming was $1 billion worldwide, this figure has now increased to $30 billion worldwide annually. Experts are concerned that Canadians are not being protected as much as they would be if online gaming were to be legalized in the country and more regulations were put in place.
