Trump Finally Folds
6 April 2009
Trump Plaza in Atlantic City has pulled all electronic Poker tables off its casino floor. It was reported in The Press that players found the tables fast and mistake proof but soulless. It appears as though punters prefer human interaction mixed in with their card dealing.
The tables were installed a few months ago in a bid to attract a younger generation of Poker players into the casino but they have now been recalled as their revenue was markedly less than that of the human dealers. The Trump Corporation had anticipated returns of $1,8million in revenue from the tables annually but they only managed to generate a dismal $45, 000 per month.
