Poker Pro Arrested on Murder Charges

Fox News reported this week that Ernie Scherer III, a 30 something professional Poker player from California, has been arrested. He is being held without bail in Las Vegas on murder charges. Scherer is being investigated for the murders of his parents, who were found beaten to death in their home in Castlewood Country Club in Pleasanton in March last year. Scherer was arrested on Monday night, following an investigation by the Alameda County police.
