On March 1st 2008 at 18:51 life changed in an instant for Alexandra N. It was magic at the click of a button when she played a mere R105 bet and won a whopping R1,106,761.05 on the truly delightful "Magic Slots"! Alexandra has only been playing at African Palace since January 2008!
This is Alexandra’s story:
“…I am floating on cloud 9 and this is all thanks to my magnificent win at African Palace Casino. You asked whether this win came as a surprise. Well, yes and no. I knew I was on to a winner when I joined so I am not surprised that I won, what does surprise me, however, is that I have not been doing this for long and this wonderful windfall came sooooo SOON. Wow! Happy? you asked and my answer is I AM ECSTATIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had been playing for a couple of days on and off and was doing pretty well...up and down. On the 1st March I had planned to play but could not do so early in the day as I had some very old and dear friends coming to visit. After they had left I was feeling tired and wanted to go and have a rest and on my way to rest I went to the computer to switch it off... had second thoughts and decided to log on to the casino and play. The thought I had was "this should relax me a bit." Anyway, my daughter came home while I was playing and was pottering around in the background...now I was in my happy little place, enjoying myself, relaxed and my daughter was home...comforting atmosphere. Listen to this, I called my daughter to me and had a little moan with her......she had asked me for money for a new pair of shoes (she has far too many shoes); at last glance I noticed one pair of feet and far too many shoes. My daughter, a final year law student, is very fashion conscious but being a student she is always broke. I explained to her that we have to watch the finances and these shoes were a luxury and definitely not a necessity. She did not complain...she was in her happy place, having bought the shoes, shrugged and walked away and THEN WHAM THERE IT WAS, I HAD HIT THE JACKPOT... I let out a long wail... she came running to see if I was okay, looked at the screen and said WHAT HAVE YOU DONE (I am sure this translates to SHOES in her language). She ran off to get me a drink, decided a cup of tea was best and the rest is history.
When my husband arrived home later that evening I did not say a word. [My daughter] and I decided that we would first wait and see if this was real. So it was dinner as usual and of course over dinner we kept passing little comments relating to this win. Eventually my husband said "OK girls, what’s up?" to which we acted innocent. So off he went to have his shower, here it all became too much for me, I called him before he stepped into the shower and told him it was an emergency. He came over to the computer and we showed him. At first he said no ways, this is a scam (typical male) next he phoned our son in London who informed me...definitely a scam (also typically male). My son’s next question was where is this place, and while we were chatting he visited your site which obviously got his approval because now he was sounding excited, commented that African PALACE being the appropriate name for me the queen (sarcasm). After a few moments he said #%&#....old woman you seem to have done it! Upon which the champagne was brought out.
So, here I am the queen in my African Palace.
[At work] The hours are long and tedious at times and most days I start at 04h00 and end in the early hours with long breaks in between and I just love passing these long breaks playing at your Palace!
I must thank you and your African Palace for making my dreams come true”.
Alexandra plans to use her magnificent winnings to pay off her bond, help out her business and take excellent care of her health.
