Gauteng based Elizabeth vR says that she had been feeling a little down on the day that she won. She had finished up at work, braved the traffic and gone home. To help her relax, she decided to have a little flutter at the Palace to cheer herself up. Even though she had a bad day, Lady Luck was smiling down on her and had decided to change her life because the next thing she knew, she hit the jackpot. Elizabeth says that she was completely “overwhelmed. I could not believe my luck!”
Elizabeth has decided to use her amazing windfall to help out some of her nearest and dearest, some of whom are in dire straits at the moment and she is going to use the remainder to pay off her debt.
